2010 SACNAS National Conference

The Society for Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS) will be holding its annual National Conference this fall in Anaheim, California. This year’s conference theme is: Science, Technology & Diversity for a Sustainable Future.

SACNAS provides unparalleled conference activities for students, postdocs, educators, administrators, and researchers in all disciplines of science, mathematics, and engineering.

Interdisciplinary, inclusive, and highly interactive, the national meeting motivates and inspires with an array of mentoring and training sessions, research presentation opportunities, nationally renowned keynote speakers, over 275 exhibits, networking activities and special events, and cultural performances

The 2010 SACNAS National Conference explores the multifaceted and highly relevant world of sustainability research—both as approached by interdisciplinary teams and in subject-specific investigations. This year’s conference honors the commitment to environmental stewardship and human service, which characterizes the SACNAS community.
