CSME Teacher Fellowship
The CSME Teacher Fellowship (formerly known as MSTI Teaching Fellowships) supports students pursuing careers in K-12 mathematics or science teaching. You are eligible to apply if you meet one of the following criteria:
- You are an undergraduate majoring in, or have a degree in, a mathematics or science discipline (physics, biology, chemistry, geosciences, engineering, or computer science), Child and Adolescent Development, or Liberal Studies.
- Enrolled in a post-baccalaureate teaching credential program (Math or Science)
- Pursuing an introductory (through 8th grade) or foundation-level (through 9th grade) subject-matter authorization to teach math or science.
- You are enrolled in one of our preapproved field experience courses (Math 375, EED 655 or SCI 652, etc...).
Fellowships are based on merit and are not dependent upon financial aid status. We have created several levels of support that will include students at the different stages of their academic progress.
