The completed application should include:

A copy of your unofficial transcripts for the last two years (or one year, if applying as a sophomore). If you are an incoming freshman we would like to see a copy of your SAT and ELM score.
Personal statement (two typed pages maximum). In this essay indicate previous experience with 6-12th grade students, if any, and discuss your future career goals.
Confirmation of graduation date via e-mail from an academic advisor sent to jmchan@sfsu.edu and dchau@mail.sfsu.edu
Résumé

Selected finalists will be invited for a 20-minute interview.
